1. AUDIT SENIOR (HANOI OFFICE)
Position
- Position: Audit Senior
- Quantity: 01 at Hanoi Office
Job description
- Audit and assurance (70%)
- Develop the Risk-based Audit Approach Plan and prepare the audit program;
- Conduct and control audit engagement from planning through to completion;
- Understand and explain to staff the objectives of an audit, planned other services, and the staff’s role in the audit process;
- Apply the understanding of the client’s business and industry to identify areas of audit significance, assesses risks and the nature of the errors;
- Identify unusual/unexpected transactions, and explain important matters to staff;
- Supervise, motivate and develop the team of junior audit staff;
- Liaise with FDI clients or participate in Meetings with engagement team and client;
- Proactively assist Manager/ Senior Manager/ Director in searching and advising issues relating to professional and accounting/auditing technical knowledge;
- Manage timelines, resources and quality of audit engagement;
- Be responsible for training, managing and reviewing the works of junior personnel.
- Non-audit (30%)
- Provide all of the following services to our FDI clients as senior staff
- Review of monthly/Quarterly Financial Statements;
- Review of tax returns (e.g., VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT);
- Manage client relationships, identify risk and provide client with advice relating to accounting and taxation matter.
Requirements
- Minimum of consecutive three-year in “auditing firm” required Audit Senior position
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting would be preferable
- University degree in accounting or auditing
- Good command in English (writing, reading and listening)
- Capability to supervise, lead and inspire members of staff
- Exceptional analytical ability and experienced at making recommendations
- Able to work independently and responsibly
- Experience in accounting, taxation is preferable
- Having a spirit of devotion to the customer with good interpersonal communication

2. ACCOUNTING AND OUTSOURCE SERVICE SENIOR (HANOI OFFICE)
- Position: Accounting and Outsource Service Senior
- Quantity: 01 at Hanoi Office
Job description
– Perform outsourcing services (bookkeeping, tax procedures, payroll, insurance, human resources, consulting, retainer and others) for clients
– Perform audit procedure under supervision of audit team leaders, assistant managers and managers (audit assignment is limited to spare time for OS work);
– Perform other related works under assignment of management in accordance the Company’s policy
Non-audit services (80%)
- Assist the Manager/Director with instituting and maintaining accounting controls to our clients.
- Review of monthly/quarterly Financial Statements, Payroll, Tax returns (e.g., VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT) prepared by the Associates.
- Liaise with clients or participate in Meetings with engagement team and client.
- Proactively assist Management level in searching issues relating to professional and accounting technical knowledge.
- Be responsible for training, managing and reviewing the works of junior personnel.
- Other outsourcing services (i.e. Monthly/Quarter Review, Tax Healthcheck, Retainer, Tax advisory, Transfer Pricing report).
Audit and assurance services (20%)
- Perform audit procedure under supervision of audit team leaders, seniors and managers for Audit clients; and
- Perform other related works under assignment of management in accordance the Company’s policy.
Requirements
- Minimum of consecutive three-year in auditing or accounting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting would be preferable;
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills including strong written and verbal skills;
- Good command in English (writing, reading, speaking and listening);
- Good communication in English with Japanese managers would be must;
- Good command in accounting software (FAST, MISA…) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel and Word and Outlook);
- Ability to work independently and responsibly;
- Strong motivation to improve skills.
- Experience in accounting, taxation, auditing and payroll is preferable.

Job description

4. MANAGER – ACCOUNTING & TAX SERVICE/OUTSOURCING SERVICE (HCM OFFICE)

Job description
- Manage and supervise the accounting team to provide with the bookkeeping, Tax compliance, Tax advisory human resource services to our clients as both an internal reviewer of accounting staff and an external reviewer on site.
- Assist the Director with instituting and maintaining accounting matters and controls to our FDI clients.
- Proactively research and update the issues relating to professional accounting and tax technical knowledge to provide our client with the insight recommendation.
- Be responsible for controlling, coaching and reviewing the works of junior personnel.
- Prepare the training program for accounting staffs under the Company’s policy.
