HSK Vietnam Audit Co., Ltd. (HSKV), a member of Reiwa Accounting Holdings Co., Ltd. (RAH) from Japan, supports clients in their global business activities from Japan to Vietnam. Job description
- Assist the Manager/Director with instituting and maintaining accounting controls to our FDI clients.
- Review of monthly/quarterly Financial Statements, payroll prepared by the Associates.
- Review of tax returns (e.g., VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT) prepared by the Associates.
- Liaise with FDI clients or participate in Meetings with engagement team and client.
- Proactively assist Management level in searching issues relating to professional and accounting technical knowledge.
- Be responsible for training, managing and reviewing the works of junior personnel.
- Other outsourcing services (i.e. Monthly/Quarter Review, Tax Healthcheck, Retainer, Tax advisory, Transfer Pricing report).
- Some audit jobs in case you would like to work in audit jobs.
Requirements
- Minimum of consecutive three-year experience in auditing or accounting firm.
- Vietnamese CPA Certificate is preferable.
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Auditing or Accounting
- Good command in English (writing, reading and listening)
- Capability to supervise, lead and inspire members of staff.
- Exceptional analytical ability and experienced at making recommendations
- Able to work independently and responsibly
- Experience in accounting, taxation, auditing and payroll is preferable.

Job description
Provide the following services to our FDI clients under the supervision of seniors/managers:
- Bookkeeping
- Taxation (e.g., VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT, VAT refund…)
- Payroll
- Other services (i.e. Monthly/Quarter Review, Tax Healthcheck, Transfer Pricing report)
- Some audit jobs in case you would like to work in audit jobs.
Requirement (“All of the followings shall be met”)
- New fresh graduate is acceptable;
- Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Accounting; (Graduated)
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills including strong written and verbal skills
- Fluency in English (both oral and written)
- Good command in Excel and Word
- Good command in accounting software (FAST, MISA…) is preferable
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner

3. Japanese Secretary
- Position: Japanese Secretary
- Quantity: 01 at HCM Office
Job description
- Support Japanese Manager.
- Support audit and outsourcing team (if they need Japanese).
- Perform procedures for registering licenses and supporting Japanese customers when they come to Vietnam to work.
- Perform outsourcing services (i.e. document, company information and related Taxation issue) for clients.
- Perform some admin jobs (i.e. prepare contract, quotation, submit tax dossiers).
- Communicate with client in Japanese and in English via E-mail.
- Perform other related works in accordance with the Company’s policies or license.
Requirement
- At least Japanese level N2.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience.
- Good command in English (writing, reading, and listening).
- Going to Japanese college or university is preferable.
- University degree in accounting or auditing is preferable (whether domestic or foreign).
- Able to work independently and responsibly.
